We had the pleasure of heading out to Fairmont this past week for a bit of a holiday! Our friends gave us a few days at a beautiful time share so we packed our little family up and met Blair’s parents and sister for some time out in the mountains. It was such a great time and we really tried to make the most of our trip (both by resting AND fitting in lots of fun stuff). Reminiscing on the drive back about our favourite part(s) we pretty much just recapped the whole trip. It was great hanging out as a couple and with some extended family. Selah also did great on the trip and we are always thankful for the joy she brings everywhere she goes. We enjoyed eating great food, drinking amazing coffee, eating baked goods. While lots of parts of our trip involved eating great food we also loved going swimming, going to the natural hot springs, mini golfing, shopping around Invermere, and just laying around! The drive(s) were also spectacular and we loved all the changing colours as fall is upon us.

Our first (and second!) time trying ‘Bong Coffee’ was on this trip. Also known as Vacuum Coffee. So good.

Baked Goods were my ‘souvenir’ this trip. I couldn’t get enough of them only I didn’t want to bring them home around my waist…

Lots of driving. Good thing we enjoy it!
